Personal Statement

I am a very motivated and devoted person that is ready to work in any environment as a team

player. When it comes to Customer Service I practically know all the ropes, but I am always

willing to learn more and become more knowledgeable to any task that is needed to succeed in

this field. I am well rounded and work well with others, but I am also and efficient worker on my

own. I seek to find a position where I can develop as well as excel while giving my best to an

employer.

As an Ambassador at The D Las Vegas Hotel & Casino my duties are to perform excellent

customer service with all of the players and guest. I promote the promotions that we have taking

place at the casino, I interact with the customers both at the booth as well as on the casino floor.

Data entry is also a duty that I perform inputting the player’s information into the system as well

as other data when needed.
