I operated machines that filled blisters, a machine that put the blisters

into cartons and then put the cartons into boxes to be shipped out.

Machine Operator

I operated machines for cans and bottles. On the can line I operated few

different machines on a daily basis, a filler & seamer, the packer (tp-50)

and the depalletizer & palletizer. On the bottle like I have operated the

packer and the depalletizer & palletizer. The filler & seamer I would watch

to make sure no down cans or dented cans make it into the filler. Then the

seamer I would fill the rack with the can lids and, make sure the lids get

put on properly. Both the can and bottle line packer I had to make sure

there was no gaps or down product in the line. Plus I had to put the

cardboard into the feeder so the product can be packaged up for transport.

Now one both can and bottle line for the depalletizer I had to make sure no

dented cans go on the line going to the filler and no down cans. The

palletizer I had to make sure the pattern for the finish product was right

going to the pallets. Plus make sure the finished product was matched to

the consumers' needs. During our time at the machines we made sure we keep

in clean for the next person, and if we had to we would stay a few minutes

long at the machine to clean up our mess. Then at the end of our shift we

will completely clean the machines we was at and if I was in the fill I

cleaned the can crusher before I clock out.

Dock Worker

Responsible for unloading the unused skids from the trailer that arrived

earlier that morning, then start to load the skids that are place in a

special staging area on to the correct trailer. When all that is done we

start wrapping skid that is ready for loading. At the same time there are

box(s) come down the line to be" married up" (pair up) with the matching

skid. Then that skid will be wrapped and loaded.

Responsible for load and unload semi-trucks, setting up new products on

sales floor, and cleaning and keeping the store clean. Responsible for

taking customers purchases to their vehicle, helping customer(s) with

Packer

Stacks and piles finished goods to their correct containers and prepares

them for shipment using various equipments for packaging while following

specific set of standards and requirements. Other responsibilities include

cleaning and preparing the containers before placing items and then checks

if the containers and items are free of damage or defects. Verifies if the

items pulled out of the packaging are correct. Packers fill out several

forms and papers that will record measurement and weight, product counts,

while keeping track of the inventory. After packing, they seal and label

each of the containers properly then move the completed packages for

loading. Some packers are particularly in charge of machines that package

items.

Ramp Agent

First thing in the morning we would check the planes that stay overnight to

make sure nothing is one the plane that should be. Throughout the day we

refuel the planes with jet fuel, food, water and clear the bio waste. Also

we put the luggage on and off the plane for the passengers. Then before

the takeoff we go through so checks before pushing the plane back to the

run way and give the pilot the all clear.
