PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Consultant Project Manager - Pre-Construction Services, August 2010 -

present.

Provided pre bid services for renovation of Fitness Center at Little

Rock Air Force Base. Services included building walk-thru, RFP review and

coordination as well as Construction Estimate. Coordinated subcontractor

bids to finalize overall project costs.

Conducted timely and comprehensive Pre Construction Services and

Quality Control reviews on large retail and mixed use projects. Projects

included: the Shoppes at Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV; the River Oaks District

in Houston, TX; Lake Highlands Town Center, Dallas, TX; Bass Proshops in

Little Rock, AR; and Dicks Sporting Goods in Orlando, FL.

Served as project manager to the United States Navy's Morale, Welfare

and Recreation Division ("NWR"). Scope of work included Project Validation

Assessments, Site Approval and Environmental Documentation, Request for

Proposals and Design Management during construction. Projects included

retail and food operations facilities.

Project Manager, Nabholz Properties Inc., Conway, AR, January 2007-August

2010

Directed multi-million dollar mixed use commercial project, including

the initial programming, complete schematic design, code/municipal review,

and the owner's representative role. Provided site acquisition and zoning

assistance to clients seeking commercial property. Provided Property

Management services to existing tenants as well as potential tenants. This

included maintenance as well as other property improvements that were

requested.

Project Manager, Foxcor, Inc., Little Rock, AR, June 2005-January 2007

Project Manager for large multi-million dollar residential development

in the Hilton Head, SC area. Managed the construction scheduling and

construction budget. Worked with local government agencies for land

acquisition, development approvals, architectural review and served as

representative at planning commission meetings. Provided constructability

reviews on existing and proposed townhomes. (Office was closed when owner

retired).

Project Manager, Looney, Ricks, Kiss Architects, Memphis, TN, September

2004-June 2005.

Project Manager for the U.S. Army's Residential Communities Initiative

at Ft. Drum, New York. Tracked the project budget and labor expenses to

ensure the project stayed within budget.

Design Manager, U.S. Navy, Millington, TN, March 2000 - September 2004.

Design Manager for Navy MWR facilities throughout the United States.

Managed building teams consisting of local MWR personnel, base engineers,

environmentalists, fire, safety, local construction personnel, and

design/build team personnel. Responsible for projects from initial project

proposal to the final construction completion.
