websites, Starbucks.com is now easier to use on a wide range of devices, screen sizes and made

sure that our videos work whether you have Flash installed or not. The goal of this

project was to make the existing starbucks.com optimized for almost any device with

access to the internet as quickly as we could.

Responsibilities:-

• Ensured the appropriate coverage of business requirements, to establish traceability of

functional and technical designs.

Project: Online Banking

Scope: This application was an enhancement of the existing online bank portal and was

developed using Oracle. The project allowed users to have a secure, user friendly, and

performance-oriented web solution. It enabled customers to access their various accounts through

the Internet. Customers also had the option to transfer funds between different accounts, check

transaction details, schedule and make payments using automatic bill pay, and review statements.

Responsibilities:

Involved in writing Test Plans, Test Cases using MS office tools.

Reviewed Functional Requirement specifications document to determine the functionality

of application modules.

Implemented QA & testing procedures executed Integration, Regression, System, and

User Acceptance Tests.

Sprint PCS is one the leading wireless service providers in the US market. It offers various

services through sprint.com. Web based application for customers to view their bills, pay bills,

check their payments, e-bill enrollment, sort their bills and print the bills in PDF format. Testing

included new features, upgrades, enhancements, production fixes and validating .csv and .pdf

files which contains customers monthly bill statements.

Responsibilities:

• Developed Test Plan and Test Cases for e-bill, call rating based on the user stories

(functional and technical requirements), based on the solution requirement specification

(SRS) documents from Business analyst and technical design documents from

Developers.

• Attended sprint plan meetings to review the requirements.

• Maintained issue trackers to track requirement and business clarifications.
