efforts. This included identification of key areas, development of documnetation,

Manage the growth of the New England Area tax practice through assisting

companies with all facets of tax compliance. This required the development of

staff, client base and product mix.

• Implemented many state local tax technology solutions for companies which

significantly increased the compliance accuracy, within multiple tax disciplines,

while decreasing the manual effort. These projects entailed the documentation and

development of systems, policies and business processes which supported the

billing, purchasing, accounts payable, tax, and information systems departments

while significantly reducing cycle time required in the compliance function.

tax reductions totaling $235,000 in annual savings, and restructed the process to

ensure overpayments would be avoided in the future.
