Agent Delegations provides the capabilities for agents to determine who in their office beside

themselves can have access to complete analytics on their assigned book of business or other

administrative tasks for their office and act on behalf of the agent or agency administration leader.

Implementation of a flexible data model for management of administrative tasks that can be delegated

by agents or sales leaders to others to act on their behalf

During Delegations the system will be configured to allow delegations of the Customer Initiated

Assignments administrative tasks and the system will have the flexibility to be extended for other

integrated customer platform (ICP).The new system would be more customers centric with a variety of

products accessible online and will support transactions through smart phones and mobile applications.

Contribution:

• System Analyst and Primary owner for a Mutual Fund Application under the capacity build

initiative.

• Collaborated with clients and other vendors (TCS and Accenture) in an intensive three months

exercise to obtain end to end knowledge of State Farm’s systems. Oversaw and contributed to
