Collins Group divisions.

o Also responsible for all Financial Audits and Accounting Policies

and Procedures.

of accountants for the monthly close.

Accounting Manager - Enfield QA, Enfield Solar and Florida Solar divisions

o Responsible for the monthly closing of the Enfield Quality

Assurance division, a $20M/yr entity that performs consumer

product testing, factory inspections and audits domestically and

internationally.

o Also responsible for the monthly closing of the Enfield and

Florida Solar divisions, $100M/yr manufacturers of EVA

encapsulants used in solar module production.

o Assisted with the set-up of Solar division standard costs on an

annual basis as well as performed cost variance analysis to

standards on a monthly basis.

o Responsible for job costing individual QA product

testing/inspection projects. Used Oracle Projects to track

labor costs, I/C charges, supplies, travel and other costs to be

billed back to the client by project number. Also used Oracle

Unbilled/Prebilled reporting to ensure clients are billed timely

and revenues are recognized in accordance to Company policies.

o Responsible for worldwide consolidations, including translations

and elimination entries, for a network of 16 QA laboratories and

4 Solar divisions.

o Manage the General Accounting area (AP, AR and Payroll) as well

as a team of Accountants responsible for the monthly close.

o Manage quarterly and annual audits providing necessary

information and analysis to management and external auditors.

o Work with Internal Audit to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-

Oxley.

o Assisted IT with the implementation of Oracle Financial

applications in STR-Florida, Responsible Sourcing - LA, STR-R,

STR-UK, STR-HK and STR-India.

o Assisted with the implementation of IQMS ERP software for all

solar divisions. (Florida, Enfield, Spain and Malaysia)

o Assisted with the STR's transition from a private company to a

publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange.

o Assisted UL with Finance integration of all UL-STR divisions

onto their Oracle Financials platform in Northbrook, IL.

o Prepare and approve monthly GL reconciliations of all Balance

Sheet accounts.

o Assist managers with annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.

allowing employees to get reimbursed for travel and other

operations.

o Managed the General Accounting area as well as team of
