Vodafone Egypt - April 2008 till Present.
Training /Learning Responsibilities:
Launching and executing the Soft Skills, Functional Skills, Technical skills and Manager’s
development training plans using the 70-20-10 approach
Implemented the HMM tool (Harvard Manage Mentor) as replacement for the class
room trainings for Soft skills and management skills.
Leading a team to execute the training plans for the whole company ( class room and e-
learning).
Measuring the ROI of the training programs and plans via behavioral attitudes and
different attributes, i.e Kirkpatrick model.

Introducing the D&I model to Vodafone Egypt employees.
Set the key attributes for the Diversity and Inclusion model in VF Egypt.
Provide subject matter expertise, design and deliver D&I solutions that serves the

Set the communication plan and design for the whole model.
Partner with different functions i.e Resourcing, Performance Management, CSR,
Business partners to ensure the integration of the D&I attributes with the business.
