R2 running the Lab's Jenmar Application. Administration of Server 2008R2

Active Directory Accounts. Use T-SQL programming to query data from the

Jenmar Database and use Crystal Reports to create and modify custom reports

regarding Production and sales to Executive team and develop reports, query

database to perform maintenance. SQL Database Administration, tuning and

optimization. IT Disaster Planning for Data Recovery and Business

continuity. Create Crystal reports to provide up to date reporting for

Information Technology Coordinator (Director of Information Technology)

Provide vision and leadership to the Clinic's Information Technology

Department.

Plan, develop, and manage all aspects of information technology and

telecommunication infrastructure for the enterprise. Duties span the day-

to-day operation of two data centers and one Server Room across three

branch Offices, serving over 200 internal. Technologies in scope include

Client-Server, storage, local and wide area networks, IP and PBX voice

communications, and Electronic Health Records System and SharePoint

collaboration. Instrumental in supporting enterprise growth through

envisioning and delivering the next generation of essential, high-

performance infrastructure services. Manage and Supervise a staff of

Database Administrators, Developers and IT Support personnel. Develop and

write IS Policy and Procedures. Vendor, Supplier management and

technical services. Administered Citrix XenApp for remote users to access

My Projects:

. Built the Infrastructure to support the new Electronic Health Records

system for the Clinic. A critical member of the Projects team for the

new EHR System implementation. First Children's Mental Health Clinic in

Los Angeles County to implement and EHR System.

. Negotiated and implemented the MPLS private network to connect the branch

offices to the corporate office, which resulted in increased bandwidth

and security, as well as, a significant cost savings to the Clinic.

. Brought the Information Technology Department in alignment with Business

goals of the Clinic by creating an IT Strategy plan and providing a clear

vision and path for the IT Department. Created and IT Plan and Manual

for the IT Department.

. Implemented a Data Warehouse infrastructure for the Clinic's EHRS

reporting system and implemented SharePoint Services for dashboards and

Business Intelligence reporting.

. Created an IT Disaster Recovery Plan, which included implementing a

replication of encrypted data to an Off-Site, out of State, Data Center

for disaster business continuity purposes.

. Virtualized Training and Testing servers for the EHR System to reduce

reduce the heat output in the datacenter and save space. Retired older

servers and virtualized them. We used VMware ESX 3.5.

offices. All offices were isolated LAN's. Successfully connected all

offices through VPNs for centralized network control and administrations.

Established Dual T-1 connection at the Corporate office and replaced DSL

connections at the Canadian offices with T-1 connections.

. Negotiated Telephone and T-1 connections that brought the company close

to 50% savings on monthly bill.

. Built the network infrastructure of the Toronto Office so that it was

able to open for business by Mid-September 07.

. Authored the Company's security policies, which had none in place prior

to my employment with the company.

. Negotiated Vendor support for Microsoft Dynamics Nav which brought the

company 25% savings from their previous contract.

. Improved Servers at both Canadian offices and established Terminal

servers for network connections between the Offices.

. Built 4 server workgroup infrastructure at the Corporate Office to a 17

Server (Windows 2003 Enterprise) infrastructure which included, 2

Clustered Exchange 2003 Enterprise Servers, 2 SQL 2005 Servers
