to-day operation of two data centers and one Server Room across three

Client-Server, storage, local and wide area networks, IP and PBX voice

. Built the Infrastructure to support the new Electronic Health Records

. Negotiated and implemented the MPLS private network to connect the branch
offices to the corporate office, which resulted in increased bandwidth
and security, as well as, a significant cost savings to the Clinic.
. Brought the Information Technology Department in alignment with Business
goals of the Clinic by creating an IT Strategy plan and providing a clear
vision and path for the IT Department. Created and IT Plan and Manual
for the IT Department.
. Implemented a Data Warehouse infrastructure for the Clinic's EHRS
reporting system and implemented SharePoint Services for dashboards and
Business Intelligence reporting.
. Created an IT Disaster Recovery Plan, which included implementing a
replication of encrypted data to an Off-Site, out of State, Data Center
for disaster business continuity purposes.
. Virtualized Training and Testing servers for the EHR System to reduce
reduce the heat output in the datacenter and save space. Retired older
servers and virtualized them. We used VMware ESX 3.5.

company 25% savings from their previous contract.
