In support of the WFF contract; lead the effort to advise and
instruct the Iraqi Army on inventory and logistic principles in an effort
to facilitate the U.S military draw down. My team created POIs and SOPs,
to assist the Iraqi Army in all matters of warehouse operations. I also act
as a liaison when collaborating with Iraqi and U.S. government leadership
and other functional areas to identify and respond to learning needs of the
Iraqi Army (IA) logistics soldiers. I oversee operations in a supply depot
with inventory valued at over 250M. Acting as interim Team Lead I was
instrumental in the proposal of extending contract services, and the
creation of proposed mission strategy for the bid team.
