relationship with its customers. It automates and manages the operational business processes. This system is called SCOPE (Standard

collections operations platform enterprise) and handled the collections operations across 7 lines of business – Credit cards, Auto Loans, Student

Loans etc. The system has been currently implemented to meet the Credit cards business needs.

Part of the development team for Chordiant-JSF framework to be used by all desktop agents across different line of business in Citibank and

handle credit collection system.

Exposed to the Process /development methodologies such as SCRUM process, an AGILE methodology which was adopted in this

project to manage and control development work.

involved enhancements to the ABR (AXA Business Risk) and EBR (E-Broker) system. These systems are used for commercial insurance and

they interact with As400 (I90) for backend operations. ABR performs underwriting operations where as EBR is used for brokerage. EBR

interacts with ABR for underwriting. The framework employed for this project is Genesys. Gen-eSys or Generic e-Business Systems is the

strategic platform developed using Struts for all of AXAI’s e-Business.

Responsible for gathering requirements, analysis and design of the system.

Prepared Low-level design documentation for the ABR system enhancement.

Used Struts framework to develop the Gen-eSys framework for AXA by utilizing its various features such as dynamic forms, mapped

back form and Struts Validation Framework.

Developed some of the new DAO classes for data access.

Involved in client-side validations using JavaScript.
