Extra Care Protection (ECP) System: Managed the $3M projects with 25

analysts and developers to upgrade the COBOL based legacy system into a

Java online system. The system assists 230 dealers to sell the ECP

contracts to Toyota customers. The new system helps dealer to improve the

sales cycle from days to minutes.

Club Toyota website: Managed the $2M project with a team of 10 analyst and

developers to develop the new Club Toyota website. The Club Toyota website

serves 100,000+ Toyota users to do self-managing in viewing, managing and

updating their vehicle and user information. It also provides a self-served

credit application function. The system significantly enhances the customer

ownership experience.

Yard Management System: Managed the $2M project with 5 analyst and

developers to build the new system to manage Toronto and Montreal Vehicle

Processing Centres. The centre handles 100,000+ vehicles annually. The

system facilitates the centres to improve new business flow to handle

vehicle processing more efficiently.

scanner and RFID.

Lexus website: Managed the $1.8M project with 10 persons team with internal

analysts and outsourced developers. Managed focus groups to gather

requirements. Ensued the outsourced development adhere to internal

development standard.

Trigger System: Managed the $1.5M projects with 15 analysts and developers

to build a analytical tool for the Technical Services department to

identify the vehicle product problem earlier in the product life cycle. The

system provides early alerts of the product. The system had saved $4M

Parts Warehouse System: Managed the $1M projects with 5 analysts and

testers to implement the upgraded warehouse system to handle ordering,

receiving, inventory control and dispatching of automotive parts in both

Toronto and Vancouver warehouses.

Parts Portal: Managed the $300K projects with 10 analysts and developers to

provide a analytical system for Parts department to analysis the ordering

developers to build a new case management system for legal department. The

system processes the complaints and incident reports from various channels:

phone, media, dealers and others. The system monitors the progress and

resolution of the incidents.

Electronic Dealer Reporting System: Managed the $250K project with 3

analyst and developers to build a dealer performance review system for 230

dealers across Canada. The challenge of this project was to gather agreed

performance standard among dealers (230 dealers). The requirements

gathering preparation required extensive and down to detail planning in

order to meet the development timeline. The project completed within 3

months, which met the project timeline.

SDLC Implementation Project: Managed the $50K project with 2 analysts to

create a formal SDLC process to project development team. The project

gathered and evaluated the best practices in the industry and customized

them to meet Toyota requirements.
