developers to develop the new Club Toyota website. The Club Toyota website
serves 100,000+ Toyota users to do self-managing in viewing, managing and
updating their vehicle and user information. It also provides a self-served
credit application function. The system significantly enhances the customer
ownership experience.

Yard Management System: Managed the $2M project with 5 analyst and
developers to build the new system to manage Toronto and Montreal Vehicle
Processing Centres. The centre handles 100,000+ vehicles annually. The

vehicle processing more efficiently.

Lexus website: Managed the $1.8M project with 10 persons team with internal
analysts and outsourced developers. Managed focus groups to gather

to build a analytical tool for the Technical Services department to

order to meet the development timeline. The project completed within 3
months, which met the project timeline.
