At APPCO MARKETING(INDIA) PVT LTD, ETIQUTTE PROMOTION, BANGALORE
Duration-10 weeks.
I work with the Reliance BIG TV DTH Service at Bangalore, as Relationship Officer
to take about the customer satisfaction level towards the company policies and
organizational setup in the comparison of their competitor and I am also take care
the factors which are affecting to the customer's satisfaction level to buying a
Reliance DTH Service. The main responsibility of my job is that to satisfy the
customer to understand the proper needs regards the policies of the company. So I
collect the information by personal interaction with the customers and the senior
supervisor of the Reliance BIG TV DTH Service for my project report. For the
customer feedback regards for the policies, also refers to some articles of
Newspapers, Internet and some Journals.
