1. Cash & Funds Oversight (CFO) & Personal and Workplace Investing (PWI)

Request for Bank Redundancy for ACH bank transactions.

Project Description: WI's Financial Operations (FinOps) is dependent upon

soundness of Deutsche Bank for its cash management operations. Bank

Resiliency project aims to strengthen the existing partnership with Wells

Fargo Bank as a failover bank and provide a sustainable and automated bank

failover capabilities at Fidelity's WI FinOps.

Job Responsibilities & Accomplishments:

. Solely responsible for researching and for providing support to WI

team to help them understand the current CFO-WI- Deutsche bank

process to help them transition in moving off of CFO for their ACH

transactions in Phase 1.

. Effectively collaborated and supported WI team in their design

decisions and guided Deutsche and Wells Fargo teams towards

realizing the project completion.

. Planned and created test strategies for Phase 1 and ensured

Closely collaborated with FMR (Fidelity Management & Research Company) team

Analyzed the workflow and file format of the ABA routing code table within

CFO from updates received from BNYM in order to plan how CFO can deliver

a snapshot of the current table to FMR & how we might pass ABA updates to

FMR as they are received from BNYM.

4. Geode

Project Description-To send 95R for all required markets and 97A tags (when

available) for Geode foreign trades so that the 4 selected custodian banks

(Brown Brothers, Northern Trust, BNY Mellon & State Street ) could have

maximum straight through processing(STP) .

Expertly followed Fidelity Agile Methodology (FAM). Helped PM closely

with story and task creation, backlog grooming, stand ups and progress

tracking in Jira (Greenhopper).

Risk, Security) and EO (Ethics Office) was to provide a model to identify

certain Fidelity Investments employees' trades which were done in close

proximity to the published Research Note of the same or related security.

TAN provided five scenarios which the model monitors. Expertly followed

Fidelity Agile Methodology (FAM) for this project.

Project 2-Sanctions

Project Description: Developing a common system for recording all Employee

sanctions at Fidelity, where the data can be entered once and viewed

centrally. Provide CCGs (Corporate Compliance Groups) a system with

capture and workflow capabilities to manage the data, communications and

reporting. To allow Fidelity to withstand regulatory scrutiny by recording

the data in Fidelity approved system that provides secure system with back

up and audit control.
