I read your advertisement for the Human Resource Administrator Position.
I would love a chance to interview for the position. Salary wise, I am
looking for thirteen dollars per hour. I just started looking for a job
and I have been very selective. I felt real comfortable my experience
would be a perfect fit for this position. I have a four year degree
in Business. I have four years as a Payroll and Benefit Coordinator.
Also, I was the Office Manager in a manufacturing plant for four years.
I have several years in human resources, benefits, payroll, taxes,
administration and accounting. To describe myself - I am very professional.
I am very detailed and organized. I have excellent communication skills.
I am very approachable and easy to talk to. Human Resources consists of
- recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, drug testing, criminal
background check, hiring paperwork, new hire reporting, payroll, taxes,
benefit and 401-k enrollment,125-plan,hsa,hipaa, fmla, loa, cobra,
workers compensation, unemployment paperwork, terminations, safety
in the workplace, labor law postings, etc. I was on the safety committee
for four years. Safety consisted of evaluation plan, lock down of equipment
not working, labels on toxic chemicals, plant floor kept clear, tow motors
drivers certified, clean up of blood spills, safety shoes, fire
extinguishers working, exit signs, employees showed how to work equipment,
etc. Also, I have solid experience with computers, excel and word perfect.
Recently, I took off some time to work on the foreclosure that I bought
next door. I just rented it last week. I am looking to go back to work full-

taxes and 401-k. Also, deductions which include regular garnishments plus
child support. Some employee's deductions are on the 125-plan. They are
taken out before taxes. There are caps on the 401-K, Health Savings Plan
deductions.and social security
