Manage the Quality department of 11 associates, to ensure all aspects of
product quality, verifying adherence to specifications, developing and
implementing corrective actions to resolve internal and external quality
issues, and preventative measures to preempt potential future issues.
Apply the Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement to analyzing data and
identifying opportunities for quality improvement. Assist development of
business plans by setting goals and targets, accounting for customers' PPM
and internal defect data.
