Took care of new product: Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) in assembly and test. Dealt with customer from

abroad in various quality issues as well as product improvement. Create control documents to ensure that

productions are being done according to standards. Troubleshoot products as well as improve process

capability and yield.

Production Support Engineer at Customer’s site, New Jersey (Aug 2012 – Nov 2012):

Help supported production in New Jersey to clear all existing productions in New Jersey, in order to

shutdown NJ plant. Represented Fabrinet as the only Thai engineer to excessively support foreign

customers. Supported production in Active Alignment and test procedures according to customer

specifications.

Process Engineer for Wavelength Selectable Switch Production line (Dec 2010 – Aug 2012):

Trained at New Jersey for WSS (work transfer from December 2010 to June 2011), qualified new

production line for NPI, set up test stations, verify test equipment and process, improve process, debug and

dispose products, troubleshoot problems in production line, set up and verify mechanical fixtures for

production, create documents (WIs, VAs FMEAs, CPs, etc) to be used to train operators, coordinate with

customers, verify parts. Process 8D reports and RFQs for RMAs.

Process Engineer for Connectorization Production line (Jun 2010 –Dec 2010):

Took care of new product: Faraday Rotators, managed operators (for handling rotators), create documents

(WIs, VAs FMEAs, CPs, etc) to be used to train operators, optimize dicing parameters for Rotator product,

improve process, troubleshoot RMAs, qualified First Article for NPI, coordinate with customers.
