Sales Operation functions with up to 7 employees in two locations.

Company acquired by Blackboard, Inc. for $180 million in February 2006.

Managed and advanced the Finance organization of eleven professionals in two locations to support the achievement of Company

goals and the growth of Company operations from less than $1 million to $50 million of annual revenues .

Business Operations:

Responsible for worldwide tax and corporate compliance including income taxes, intercompany transfer pricing and VAT/Sales Tax

administration. Led establishment and maintenance of subsidiaries in the UK and Australia.

Participated in customer contracting and merger and acquisition activities assuring the Company’s interests we re effectively
