Drafting duties include - Maintenance of up-to-date site and safety maps. Generating cut sheets, piece mark drawings, and weld maps in AutoCAD for fabricated metal parts used in the construction of Marine Well Containment System (MWCS) steel frames. Assemble work packs incorporating AutoCAD drawings, Navisworks model pictures, drawing registries and tables of contents, as well as externally generated data and documents such as Welding Procedures (WPS) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP). Verify drawing data against heat trace and weld logs, making sure all material used has the right heat number (MTR) and all pieces are accounted for, putting final turnover packages together.

Time Keeping duties include - Entering and balancing daily time sheets for a staff of approximately 200 workers. Generated weekly payroll reports and a daily premise report. Distributed paychecks weekly, audited timesheets against the facility's timekeeping system (Kronos WFC), also kept time for workers on site for each contractor.
