Job Description:

1. Building material submittal along with the drawings, diagrams and schedules specifically
prepared and according to the project specifications which are required prior start
construction work. Tracking and compiling submittal register. Client determination to
follow up, raising purchase or order for the material and procuring from the
manufacturer, after approved quotations from different suppliers, issuing purchase order
and tracking the delivery and the lead time for this materials, received materials deliver to
job site, along with the submittal, air way bill number, and the accessories.
2. Tracking the transmittal between client, Contracting Officer Represent, subcontractors,
supplier, manufacturer, forwarders, and accountant in regards invoices, back charges,
claims. Revising Invoices from subcontractor, from supplier.
3. Preparing drawings, diagrams, schedules, submittals, RFI (request for information), Bill
of quantity to control the cost of the work.
4. Controlling the labor/skilled worker/ skilled driver of heavy equipment/skilled worker on
the side, preparing access forms for them along with the picture, ID/Tazkira/Passport to
submit to the security in order to get access to the military bases.
5. Releasing/renting heavy equipment by hourly, daily, monthly with subcontractor tracking
with the invoices for them heavy equipment on the site, tracking which job site needs the
heavy equipment and sending crane, boom truck etc….. to other site where it is needful.
6. Raising MTO (Material Take off) for all the field work of the construction project.

7 Raising ROM (Rough Order Of Magnitude) for different field of work of the
construction project. Estimating total project cost.
8 Sourcing and procuring all construction materials from the local and international market.
9 Filling transmittal registers, submittals, purchase orders, delivery notes, good receive
notes, request for information, bill of quantity, material take offs, proposal for different
projects, suppliers quotations, daily job site reports, invoices from subcontractor, invoices
from suppliers, invoices from manufacturer, project important documents: proposals,
agreements, personnel documents, assisting to HR department with the data for work
permit, visa extension, tickets, register delivering the cash advance in country to the
