Played a big role for the releases of Health Care Guidelines as a software development engineer by

Spearhead the design and development of internal software and Web-based applications to

streamline operational efficiency and improve organizational performance. Designed and developed a

Web-based application enabling customers to track mailed items from departure through delivery

using ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server. Ensured the continuous provision of timely data using web

service and windows service by integrating the system with the International Postal System

(IPS).Resolved an ongoing discrepancy within the XML files submitted from the IPS, designing an

automated method for retrieving the desired data with a thorough analysis of the IPS’ XML schema

and with the delegation of data manipulation and storage to an alternative task. Created a user

friendly interface for authorized users to update company News. Created the applications in IIS with

the right permissions and set custom error pages. Delivered Br120K in cost savings with the internal

development of this critical initiative.

Conceived, analyzed, designed, and built an automated system for renting postal boxes using C# and

SQL Server that enabled customers to pay their rental fee easily and deployed across all organization

branches. Dramatically reduced administrative paperwork while simplifying the process for customers

to pay their rent.
