Assisted Drafters on Technical Layout questions the Hydro Drafting Group encountered. Served on the Quality Team for Hydraulic Elevator Product Improvement, and issues, using ACE Quality improvement system. Very near Associate level of ACE Training credits. This program is similar to the Six Sigma program.

Hydro Sales Engineer, 2003 to 2007, Otis Elevator Co., Bloomington, Indiana

Authorized Hydro Elevator Special Orders for the U. S. and Canada Sales offices, for manufacturing. Provided Hydro Elevator Technical Support to these same Sales Offices, Served as Technical resource for Job Site Elevator Installers for Part replacement and changes.
