management of the Operations, Maintenance and Training Services Programs that

extends for one and a half years after the transfer of facilities to the Owner.

Responsible for all Post Construction Services of the New Water Treatment Plant

(Capacity 1200 liters/sec) constructed by ABB SUSA, Inc. Duties and

responsibilities included testing and commissioning of all plant equipment and

facilities and handing over the same to the Owner. Imparted training for the client

personnel in the operation and maintenance of the plant equipment/ systems.

Developed and implemented all management systems for the treatment facility.

Acted as Project Manager during the initial six months and in this capacity

mobilized all staffing for the project including five expatriates and twenty Host

Country Engineers, set up offices and prepared the entire operation plan for the

post construction services.
