Objective: A position in the HVACR field, preferably in commercial/industrial building services and/or commercial maintenance, or a related position as a trade school professional instructor.

Qualifications:

- 20 years HVACR experience including EPA-CFC Certified Universal.

- Trade school instructor in HVAC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and commercial/industrial refrigeration.

- Metal and fiberglass duct design, fabrication, and installation.

- Residential and commercial heating and cooling installation and service that includes gas and electric, split and package, single and 3-phase, roof-top, some chilled water, some steam, some geothermal.
