division. Successfully re-introduced Assembly and Delivery services

division and grew to $2.7M in first year. Staffed, trained, equipped, and

managed 20 satellite service locations throughout U.S. Built relationships

and negotiated with municipal and private front line employees to Corporate

reports and logistics software scenarios and implemented route changes,

which reduced unit costs by 10% and increased productivity by 15%.

Strengthened the training program, implemented a new incentive pay system

CHEMICAL WASTE MANAGEMENT DIVISION- Regional Training Manager/Technical
