Summary of Experience

LAKE CHARLESTON HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION 2013

Currently managing a large HOA in Palm Beach County, consisting of 2414

single family homes as well as a small commercial shopping plaza. There

are 29 separate subdivisions and 39 miles of roads as well as extensive

lakes, tennis courts, playgrounds, pools and recreation center. Duties

include supervision of 4 employees. Oversight of maintenance of common

areas, including landscaping, irrigation, and lake maintenance

Dune Deck Condominium 2012

Managing a 65 unit oceanfront condominium. Responsibilities include

oversight of an extensive post tension cable repair and concrete

restoration project, working closely with the engineers reporting to the

board of directors and keeping the residents informed of the progress.

Supervision of 8 employees, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excell,Power

Point, with some experience in Quick Books. Deal with vendors, take bids,

negotiate and handle contracts for all the association vendors. Direct and

supervise daily operations of the Asociation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the management of 76

separate condominium associations, totaling 2,456 units. This represents a

reduction in previous oversight of 103 associations. I work closely with

each of the Boards to help them to resolve problems and direct their

desired projects. Projects have consisted of concrete restoration;

quarterly inspections of property and structures; obtain proposals and

coordinate outside contractors; oversight of Maintenance, Janitorial, and

Landscaping Supervisors.
