Released from MTD due to cutback and at the time of release I was the number one producer for

the company.

Through consultative sales and analysis, assisted client companies (ranging from Music

Publishers to Tour, Travel and Festival Companies) with marketing decisions and assisted

them with the list criteria selection from MTD’s Research Database of school music, drama

and dance teachers. Made recommendations for business analytics, list selection, email

broadcasts and digital marketing, social media and other marketing mediums based on fact-

finding and discussions with clients about their needs and objectives.

Fulfilled list orders though MTD’s database application and more recently the online list

counts system that I helped to encourage developing. The latter streamlined list counts and

fulfillment and saved MTD thousands of dollars by eliminating costs and shortening list

sales, fulfillment and processing time.

Encouraged and spearheaded the research and selection of our Email Service Provider and

the implementation of MTDs Email Broadcast Service, making it possible for MTD to

provide our client companies email broadcast capabilities. MTD acted as a digital marketing

agency on behalf of our clients creating an added and valuable revenue stream for MTD.

Encouraged the research and compilation of MTD’s Dance Studio data creating another

revenue stream.

Garnered a relationship with an international organization that represented school theatre

allowing MTD to represent the organization through the use of MTD’s drama teacher data

for its membership drive efforts. MTD was also able to rent the organization’s member and

subscriber lists to MTD’s clients, creating additional revenue for MTD increasing rental sales
