Overall manage finance and accounting as per IFRS and U.S. GAAP, Venture

Capital and Bank financing, internal and external financial reporting and

analysis to the CEO/Venture Capital Investors and the Bank. Manage

banking relationships in Canada and U.S.A., external audits, SR&ED,

transfer pricing and taxation in Canada and U.S.A. Responsible for

budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidated financial statements, full-

(1.) Managed Finance and Accounting department in a fast growing

manufacturer of consumer packaged natural food and beverage products

(CPG) in Canada and USA. Managed full-cycle accounting as per Canadian

and U.S. GAAP, consolidated financial & management reporting, financial

and operational analysis, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, intercompany

transactions, transfer pricing, internal & external audits, SR&ED,

cycle accounting, financial and management reporting, financial and

software with CMS ERP.

(4.) Successful amalgamation (M&A) of the acquired company's
