Mechanical Maintenance Activities:

• Working experience in Operation & Preventive maintenance for Utility equipments (Chilling

Plant, Air Compressor, Boiler, RO Plant, DM Plant, Softener Plant, ETP Plant, AHU,

HVAC, Scrubber, Cooling Tower, Vacuum Pump)

• Working experience in day to day maintenance activity of all type of rotary equipments (All

types of Pump, Blowers, Agitator, Gear Box, Reactor (SS, GLR, RLR, FRP &Glass),

Centrifuges, Vacuum pumps, Rotenone Vacuum Drier, Multimill, Granulator &Sifter)

• Working experience in Preventive maintenance & shut-down maintenance for rotary and static

equipments (Vaporizer, Heat Exchanger for Plate, Shell &Tube type, Air receiver, Heater,

Steam drum, Vacuum Tray drier, Fluid Bed Drier, Diesel Generator).

• Operation & Maintenance of All type of valves, PRV, NRV.

• Operation & Maintenance of Hydraulic Piston & Pneumatics Piston.

excavation work, higher elevation work, vessel entry, hazardous work.)

• Conducting training program for employees and contractors regarding safety information

• Accident and incident investigation, reporting and document maintaining.

• Checking of all safety system like safety shower, extinguishers fire hydrant system

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maximum utility of resource to reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) and downtime hours with

respect to the target.

• Preparation and maintenance of daily, monthly and yearly maintenance charts.

• Identifying the critical spares and up keeping of spares inventory.

• Identifying the areas for improvement and recommend to enhance operational efficiencies

• Materials Management - Planning, Outsourcing, Vendor development, Cost Estimation and

Quality Management.

• Preparation of department SOP and their implementation.

• Preparation of DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ of new Equipment.

• Periodic requalification of Equipment & Periodic calibration of Instrument.

• To issued various type of work permit as per safety purpose whenever required.

• Preparing and modifying the checklist for all equipments and monitoring and executing the

preventive maintenance according to the schedule and monitoring that preventive was done

according to the checklist.

• Yearly Planning & Budgeting for Repair & Maintenance expenses of Equipments under three

categories- Normal, Additional, Capital expenses.

• Preparation of inspection schedules and condition monitoring of critical and non-critical

equipment base on production requirement.

• Preparing and maintain min- max stock level in stores for Mechanical/Electrical/

instrumentation Consumable items with Item Code. Local vendor development for process area

spares.
