My name is Maxwell Luke. In 2010, I graduated from The Citadel, the

military college of South Carolina on full scholarship and received my B.S.

in business administration. Because of my standings as a cadet, I held many

leadership positions including the position of presidential aide to Lt.

General Rosa, the president of the college. As a result of my time at The

Citadel, public speaking, personal appearance, attention to detail,

teamwork, multi-tasking, and organization are essentially instinctive to my

work ethic and leadership.

For the years 2010 and 2011, I have been working in South East Asia gaining

practical entrepreneurial experience managing two privately owned

companies. I was the manager of a beachfront steak house and bar in

Southern China and the general manager of a internet company located in the

Philippines I have managed and directed employees from five different

countries and drastically different cultures in a multilingual environment

and have successfully run a fast paced business. Inevitably, I have learned

how to analyze and understand why people make the decisions that they make,

what their strengths and weakness are, and where they will succeed. This

skill set is essential in sales and management and I know that I can do

this within any environment, industry, or country.
