Description:

This project is a service apartment which includes G 10 floors. All

facilities like entertainment, knowledge upgrade center, and refreshment

etc., were included in this project. We are providing 1 kW DG back up. It

is having 106 units comprised in 2 Blocks. Total super build up area for

this project is 199,752.76 Sq.ft.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The main Role includes designing of all Electrical layouts such as

lighting, power, Earthing, Cable tray, Hume pipe entry; Schematic sketch. I

was responsible to solve the practical issues by attending the meeting as a

site coordinator. Selection of Distribution board, Transformer and Diesel

Generator was part of my role.

2. SOBHA ANANTHA

Client: Sobha Developers Ltd

Role: Electrical Design Engineer, Site coordinator.

Design Tool: Auto CAD 2008

Description:

The total number of estimated blocks in this project is one. Block includes

07 flats and G 3 floors with 2 apartments each. Total area required to

build all the above will be 29,052.04 Sq.ft which includes Landscape,

Reflective pool, and External car parking.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The main Role includes designing of all Electrical layouts such as

Lighting, Power, Earthing, Lightning arrester, Main Schematic diagram,

Cable routing, and Cable tray required to make the power supply for all the

blocks. I am the coordinator between design department and Project Site.
