Responsibilities:
. Ensure efficient and safe operation of the unit to include project co-
ordination, team management
. Co-ordinate the start-up and shutdown activities of the unit
. Give necessary direction to field engineers, to check and ensure the
assigned field jobs completed and recorded timely
. Co-ordinate with maintenance department for day to day operation and
during the preparation for equipment hand-over and normalization
. Perform activities as per the operating manual in case of any
emergencies
. Adhere to safety norms and safe work practice
. Effective reduction of equipment downtime
. Root cause analysis and remedial measures on breakdowns and unit
tripping

. Got appreciation award from Adani Power Ltd for saved the unit(660
MW) on 18-12-2012
. Involved in operating India's first Super Critical Unit to achieve
full load generation
. Prevented unit tripping under turbine/boiler emergencies

. Ensured accident free operation Piloting of the annual overhauling
schedule activities
