atmosphere the sale of time-share appears to be very easy. With the beauty
of the property shown and the
good sense that the program offered makes every prospect will desire to own
Time-share. But to make them
take that decision in 90 minutes of their vacation time it takes some
strong skills.
That was when my people and
communications skills and personality came in place. By using these skills
I was
able to help my prospects to
make the decision on the same day of the presentation and close the sale.
The national
closing percent is 15%; I have records for months where I
was top salesman for the month and closing 20-25%.
