Supervisory –

employees to listen to all customer concerns and quickly bringing about

Training –

safety, accident prevention, equipment operation accident reporting, NYS motor vehicle

I am experienced in developing, implementing, & maintaining accurate reports. Report
types include, but are not limited to: grants, vehicle expenses (maintenance and
inspection), audits, payroll, A/R, bad debt resolutions, cash reconciliation, inventory
control, employee HR tracking/benefits, etc.
Scheduling –
Experience includes: labor, daily work priorities, meetings, project deadlines, crisis
management, accounts payable/receivable, training, HR benefits tracking, etc.
Computer Literate –
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, and Outlook. Also literate
in Lotus Notes, a variety of custom software packages and social networking sites.

Assured adherence to OSHA, DOT, DEC, EPA, and all local, state, and federal codes.

sessions/meetings, proper reporting and continual reminders to employees as issues arise
on the job.
Event Planning –
Experience in planning events for up to 100 individuals, which encompassed: budgeting,
theme development, site selection, food, beverage, entertainment, and purchasing
promotional materials befitting the event.
Presentations -
Performed a variety of presentations to several group sizes, from 25 - 100
participants, comprised of management, peers, employees, and community
groups. Topics included but not limited to: Safety Policy/Procedures, job
duties, financials, HR topics, maintenance requirements, accident reporting

accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciling bank statements, making
deposits, and researching any discrepancies that may have occurred.
