Baylor's PFC Long Term Follow-up Program and existing COG
members. The LTFC application operates as an abstracted
layer of the Passport for Care application while using the
same PFC engine.
Created the Cancer Patient Survivorship Portal from
concept to completion using
best practices for high level security including
two-factor authentication and tokenized
systems. The application includes medical information
display for both patient and their advocate, such as their
