PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
TD BANK NA- SECAUCUS, NJ, 2010- PRESENT
Financial Services Representative (May 2012-Present): Licensed Life,
Accident, and Health Insurance Producer. Represent a line of insurance and
financial products to businesses and individuals.
. As a Financial Services Representative (FSR), I sold over 1 million
dollars in Fixed Annuities and Life insurance products within the
first week of being a licensed Insurance producer. I am able to
use my skills as a FSR to coach team members to profile customers
effectively to EARN additional money and new business. Top FSR
performer for the entire TD Bank footprint in the Month of April
2013.
. Build clientele by reaching out to existing and non-existing
customers on a daily basis via email, telephone, or sending
personal letters. I effectively offer and cross-sell all insurance
products with financial products with all clients that I interact
with daily.
. In the absence of a supervisor I am able to effectively resolve all
customer problems big or small by offering different solutions to
ensure that they remain TD Fans for life. I use the "Eyes Wide
Open" model to assist management by ensuring that the store is
clean and looks up the standards set by TD Bank.
. My Sales Goal history since becoming an FSR is as follows- (Q4
2012) I had a goal of 82,000 and I finished the quarter at 129,732,
(Q1 2013) I had a goal of 65,000 and I finished the quarter at
77,000, (Q2 2013) I hade a goal 85,000 and I finished the quarter
at 94,000, (Q3 2013) I had a goal of 92,000 and I finished the
quarter at 110,000.
Customer Services Representative/Teller (August 2010- May 2012):
Dedicated to opening up new business and personal bank accounts such as
checking, savings, money markets, and CD's. Act as banks face to the
customer and consistently seek to exceed our customer's expectations by
effectively demonstrating our WOW values.
. As Customer Service Representative, I effectively use my knowledge
of TD Bank products and services to earn customers business. I use
my skills to cross sell different products and services to create a
"One Stop Bank" for our customers.
. As the Loan Champion, I coach, train and develop my team members so
that they are comfortable offering our customers the different
lending solutions that TD Bank offers.
. Since becoming Loan Champion for the Secaucus store I have been
able to nearly double store production and maintain a store
pipeline of $1MM. I took leadership during the most recent
regional Blitz and was able to provide outstanding results; 6 loan
applications totaling 1.2MM and 15 Credit Card applications.
. I use my WOW attitude to Coach all team members to create a WOW
experience for each and every customer to ensure that we obtain the
regional goal of 50% Customer WOW Index.

. Consistently exceeding 100% of Sales Revenue goal set by
