Key Accomplishments

Provided expert test planning support to the Marine Corps for the Low Metal Signature Mine Detector

(LMSMD) and the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) programs.

Coordinated the reconciliation of U.S. Marine Corps JLTV test and evaluation requirement issues with

the U.S. Army resulting in positive changes to the program’s evaluation framework.

Led LMSMD test team in the development of a System Evaluation Plan, Test and Evaluation Master

Plan input, and Failure Definition and Scoring Criteria charter.

managing spending plans for all branch assigned projects totaling $880,000 .

Lead engineer planner in support of I MEF major theater of war contingency planning. Coordinated

across sections to ensure all requirements in support of contingency planning efforts were addressed,

new procedures were implemented and new threats were included.

As Multi-National Force West (MNFW) Plans and Facilities Section Officer conducted review and

oversight of 138 coalition force construction projects totaling $199 million.

As the Iraqi Security Forces Construction Officer provided management and coordination for the

building of $420 million of new facilities and $97 million in renovations/repair of existing Iraqi

facilities in Al Anbar Province .

ASSISTANT FOR ENLISTED RECRUITING - 9TH MARINE CORPS RECRUITING DISTRICT – Jun 2001 to Jul 2005
