Product Manager; developed, validated, and launched a new brake jounce hose
coupling that met the requirements of Chrysler, FMVSS (Federal Motor
Vehicle Safety Standards), and SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers). This
was a completely new product for TI with an initial 50 M contract with
Chrysler and the potential for annual growth of 200 M.

Quality Planning) principles and strategies in design, quality, and
manufacturability.
Guided the team in process and product development, equipment design and
procurement; DFM (Design for Manufacture), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect

product engineering mentoring, and crimp analysis.
Developed a new coupling design and validated to Chrysler, FMVSS, and SAE
standards within 6-months; normal development project of this size usually
takes 12-18 months.
Located, procured, and tooled two rebuilt Hydromat machining centers from
Switzerland. Initial capital investment savings of 2 M with additional
