Worked at Citizen Hotel (Juhu beach, Mumbai) from June1986 as Trainee Supervisor -

Kitchen and left in April 1990 holding position of Senior Supervisor – Kitchen

Worked at Thacker Caterers from April 1990 as supervisor outdoor catering division at CCI

club (churchgate, Mumbai) and left in november1992 holding a position of head supervisor

catering division

Started my own Restaurant in Vadodara Gujarat in May 1993 called Cornies which had an in

house bakery. The restaurant served 3 different cuisines i.e. Indian Chinese & Italian. Sold the

restaurant in Jan.2002.

Worked at Al Tandoor Restaurant (fine dining Indian restaurant in Dubai) from Sept. 2002

to August 2005 as Manager- Restaurant operations & opened a new branch outlet in Internet

City in November 2003.

Worked at Wokinn Chinese & Thai restaurant (Rashidiya, Dubai) from September 2005 to

October 2008 as Operation Manager and opened new fine dining restaurant in Karama, Dubai

in June 2006 and completed my contract in October 2008.

Worked at Spice Lounge fine dining Indian restaurant (Dubai) from Nov 2008 to October

2012 as Operation manager and left in October 2012 as restaurant was sold and relocated

back to Mumbai in February 2013.

Additional: Have thorough knowledge of Indian, Chinese, Italian & Indian fast food

cuisines. Well experienced at setting up and operating new FnB Outlets and leading them to
