• Improved PPPH from 54 gallons per hour to 74 gallons per hour pulled in Adhesives; achieved results by

restructuring shifts, reducing headcount by five and implementing a floater on each shift.

• Improved overall output on Kalfass by 83%; implemented SOP’s and properly trained operators to perform their

assigned duties appropriately.

DHM Adhesives:

• Implemented Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), SOP’s and training programs for the production process.

• Improved overall schedule attainment from 82% efficient to 102% efficient in first nine months with the company.

minimum/maximum (re-order points) on all maintenance department inventories.

Plant Start Up’s (Toyo):

• Developed a new scheduling system (continuous improvement) that improved daily production results by 74%,

saving the company over $200K in labor.

• Assisted in creating Standard Operating Procedures, hiring and training of all the initial personnel for the Mixing

department; spent three weeks in Japan.

• Implemented SOP’s and training programs for the production process.

• Integral member of a team responsible for helping Toyo to achieve their ISO 9000 Certification.

Mohawk Industries:

• Enhanced process (continuous improvement) by working with companies to improve latex and maximize speed of

coater; increased speed by 66%, decreased latex cost by $200K and reduced labor by $100K in one year.
