all its European business and work on a single platform (Business standardization program). Also aimed to

bring its new import export business in to there standardize process.

Project: BSP P1 – Switzerland and UK Sept’ 11 – Aug’ 12

Description: BSP P1 was a new release to UK and Switzerland; we have implemented CRM EHP1 with

LORD tool. Major change on LORD is order channel, which was moved from CRM to ECC via CRM Web

UI. New enhancements were implemented on new Web UI components, product listings and call list.

Implemented few BADI’s for the mobile sales solution Syclo. Created few action profiles in complaint

process and also created transaction launchers.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis, functional design, technical design, development, testing, support and user training.

• Developing high complex developments from onshore.

• Guiding offshore team which technical solution, reviewing their code and performing functional

testing with business scenarios.
