Supervisor, Military Aircraft Center, MH60S Line

Responsible for supervision of key assembly staff that includes machinists,

plumbers and electricians. Work on the Black Hawk (Army) and the Sierra and

Romeo Sea Hawk (Navy) military helicopters. Coordinate training, materials,

labor, equipment, testing and documentation. Oversee production scheduling

and quality control of work. Ensure ACE preventive maintenance programs

that meet federal and military guidelines. Supervision of 40-member crew

for all personnel matters including training, scheduling, promotion and

termination. Work with union representatives. Provide daily updates and

present operation reports at turnover meetings to senior management. Direct

report to Senior Manager of MH60S line for all three shifts.

Plant Manager (1988 - 2006)

Monitor a $2.5 million annual budget. Coordinate production capacity needs

for materials, labor, equipment, testing and documentation. Direct all

operations including purchasing, production scheduling, and quality control

of product. Manage daily, monthly and quarterly production reports. Work

with customer to regulate quality and accuracy of product. Review routine

maintenance, repair and operation of capital equipment. Ensure proper

cleaning and sanitation of the plant through preventive maintenance

programs that meet USDA, OSHA and FDA regulations. Manage a 23-person
