EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

Self-Employed – Consulting

2007 to Present: Consulting for several clients. Performing day to day accounting, audits, property management,

condominium associations for commercial buildings (maintenance requests, budgets, rent collections, 3-day notices, sales

tax reporting). Secretarial services as needed. Accounting and customer service for a daycare/preschool. For these

clients I have been doing all accounting (G/L, J/E, P&L, A/R, A/P, P/R, bank recs. wire transfers, etc.)

The Reserves at Heathbrook, LLC, Ocala, FL - Office Manager

Jan. 2007 to April 2007: Process all construction related matters including but not limited to: building permits,

satisfactions of claims of liens (including recording of same), schedule construction personnel, scheduling of all building

inspections, subcontractors, and all meetings. Purchasing and coordinating of all construction materials and deliveries of

same. All communication with customers to ensure all construction issues were resolved, billing for customer/owner

responsibility items, schedule all walk-through appointments as needed for interim construction and prior to closing.

Meeting with banks’ representatives for processing of all construction draws and ensure proper draw disbursement. Direct

supervision of all office and field employees.

Sierra Construction Services, Inc., Hialeah, FL - Bookkeeper/Office Manager

1986 to 2006: Duties include all accounting; G/L, J/E, P&L, A/P, A/R, P/R, job costing, preparation and submitting of

all payroll (in-house) related taxes (940, 941, UCT-6, W-2’s, 1099’s and transmittals of same), invoicing, bank recs., wire

transfers, credit card processing, requesting of bids from subcontractors for construction bids, customer relations.

Purchasing of all construction materials and scheduling deliveries of same. Schedule building inspections. Handle all the

day to day accounting for the construction, property management (commercial properties), condo associations, and an

accredited child daycare/preschool with over 250 children (payroll processing for this done with ADP); 7 corporations

total. Handle of all workers’ compensation and

liability insurance. including year-end audits. All human resource issues including processing of all new hires and

reporting same to State of Florida. Preparation of all accounting to submit to accountants for annual tax preparation.

Secretarial duties as needed.

Independent Enterprises Int’l, Inc., Hialeah, FL - Personnel Manager/Bookkeeper

1977 to 1986: Duties consisted of all personnel related matters including but not limited to hiring, health insurance,

workers compensation, preparation of all minority classification reports for all federal, state and county construction

projects, payroll processing (150+ employees), all payroll related taxes and preparation of same, A/P, A/R, assist corporate

President and Vice President in other administrative and secretarial duties including planning of trips, meetings, etc.

(Please note that this company ceased doing business and the owners opened the above Sierra Construction Services, Inc.)

Argo Lumber - Bookkeeper/Personnel Manager

1980 to 1998: Duties included sales, inventory, stock maintenance and purchasing and placing orders of needed stock

items. Secretarial duties as needed. Payroll, keeping all books up to date, doing quarterly employee reports and year end

employee reports including preparing and issuing W-2’s transmittal for same and all year end reporting for tax purposes.

Preparing all financial information to submit to CPA. This was a part time job that included some weekdays and most

weekends.

Office of the White House: George Bush, Vice President - Classified Administrative Assistant

March, 1982: Successfully ran the office operations for Vice President, George Bush while in Miami starting the Drug

Task Force Project. This was a temporary position while Vice President Bush visited Miami to inaugurate the Drug Task

Force. I handled all incoming calls, classified information, coordinating meetings, as well as coordinating with Secret

Service Agents.
