1. Involved in Total life cycle of Recruitment issues like Sourcing, identifying, screening, interviewing and place technical personnel in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the Information Technology industry.

2. Strong understanding of Technologies in the IT industry including WIN 95/98/2000/2003, NT, Unix, LINUX, C/C++/C#, Dotnet, Manual/Automation QA, Java/J2EE,VB, Networking, SAP (Various Modules), PeopleSoft, SAS, Hyperion, Essbase, ETL Informatica, Datastage, Cognos, Data ware housing, Siebel, CRM, Oracle, SQL-Server, Oracle/SQL/Teradata/DB2 DBA’s, OOA, OOD, Mainframe, COBOL, DB2, Websphere, Weblogic and others.

3. Sourced Candidates and filled job orders by using Internet postings, job sites, head hunting, third party companies and referrals.

4. Responsible for managing the recruiting process from resume submission to final candidate negotiation.

5. Utilize traditional interpersonal networking as well as technical tools such as the Internet to source candidates like Dice, Monster, Net-temps, Sologig, Career Builder, etc.

6. Hire H1-B’s after initial screening, online test, technical interview, and salary negotiations on company payroll.

7. Interact with GC holders and Citizens and maintain a pool of active consultants.

8. Involved in Formatting each resumes before submittal to the client’s needs.

9. Maintain direct communication with the President of the company and provide Status reports regarding trends, accomplishments, and objectives.

10. Supervise/counsel candidates placed with clients.

11. Guide hiring potential candidates through the hiring process.

12. Worked with direct clients/major primary vendors.

13. Established database of companies where we can get resumes from & handled contracts of third parties.

14. Negotiate hourly rates with third party companies, green card holders, US citizens and do the necessary work once the consultant is placed.
