Daily following up the progress of work to ensure the production smoothly operated.

Pointing the priority task that helps production departments in work organization,

man-hours arrangement properly.

Pointing the critical milestone and leading the project team to concentrate into priority

works to be completed in right time.

Providing the Technical advice or alternative solution to reduce the waste time and

striving to keep the progress of vessel as close time frame as practical.

Be responsible to link the individual tasks/ requirements… from respective production

department coordinators to achieve the aim planed.

Conduct the weekly Lean production briefing and report to Project Manager.

Be responsible to build up the Building strategy, create the innovative building

methods to save the cost.

Be responsible to manage and ensure all comments which issued during production

progress to be closed right time.

Be responsible to solve any conflicts which arosen during new construction.

Be responsible to coordinate with the Bollard pull test team during the test

implemented at Sea trial trip.

Acting as assistance of Project manager in project Anchor handler tug supply vessel.

foundation for ISO 9001:2008 certification.

Be responsible to set up the Quality inspector team.

Be responsible to build the Yard standard, working instruction, testing procedure,

working procedure..

Prepare training material and conduct the training course for the workers.

Daily inspection (welding inspection, pipe installing and testing, machinery

installation, cable routing inspection, harbour acceptance test, tank air test, structural

test…) on site according to the items which requested by Yard.

Daily survey report issue and following up the comments, defects…until they are dealt

with/ closed.

Conduct the welding procedure examination/ welders qualification and certification.

Organize the quality meeting with Yard QC inspector and Owner representative.

Conduct the material inspection, testing and certification if requested, checking the

incoming goods, nonconformities reports control.

Survey reports and certificates preparation for vessel delivery.

Attending the initial/ annual survey and certification for welding consumable.

From 08-11/2008 Floating dock project BV number 09573H was built in Strategic

Marine (Principal dimensions: Loa = 99m/ B= 53m/ D= 5.5m/ at inner side wall

13.2m/Lifting capacity: 12000 tones -shipowner is Australian Marine Complex).

From 05/2008 – 07/2009 General cargo ship 15000DWT project BV number 10587K

was being built in Nhon Trach shipyard based in Dong Nai province (Principal

dimensions: Loa = 157.75m/ B = 22m/ D = 11.5m/ Deadweight: 15000 tones)

From 07/2008-07/2009 Crew boat project in series 26m aluminum hull, high speed

craft BV number 13783J; 15392H… which were built in South east asia shipyard

based in Long An province (Principal dimensions: Loa=26.2m/ B= 6.2m/ D= 2.6m/

passenger: 27persons- Shipowner is Bourbon Offshore Asia Pte Ltd).

From 01/2009 – 07/2009 Barge 5000DWT project BV number 15340B was being built

in PTSC M&C (Principal dimensions: Loa=90m/ B=34.6m/ D= 5.5m/ Deadweight:

5000 tones- Shipowner is Petroleum Technical Service Company).

06/2008 – 03/2009: Initial certification, manufacture facility audit for Hyundai Welding

Vina company, renewal survey for Nomura Weld Text co.,ltd (KuangTai Metal

Company), Chosun Welding Vina. These manufacture’s production are welding

consumable servicing in shipbuilding, marine industry.

05/2008 attended the welders qualification, welding procedure specification

examination, material certification, marine production certification.

Be the part of surveyor team carrying the all kind of survey for ship in operation both

of inland navigation ship and sea going ship.

Daily inspection and survey report issue according the request for inspection from

Yard.

Carry out the statutory survey such as Loadline survey, safety equipment survey,

tonnage measurement…

Approve the as built drawing which were issued base on deviation from Yard

production.

Approve the inclining test procedure/ calculation.

Coordinate with NK class surveyor in the survey of vessel which is Dual Classified by

NK and VR.

Monitor and qualify for lower level surveyors.

03/2008 Occasional survey (underwater survey bottom shell plating) for Ro-Ro

passenger ship M/V Hoa Sen ; VR012658, IMO 9243447 at Vung Tau sea.

09/2004-04/2008 attended periodically survey, occasionally survey for all inland

navigation ships which are classified by VietNam Register.
