Maintenance In-charge of 2x 200 TPH Coal Washery & project of 1000

TPH chp.

Job Responsibility

o Break-down and preventive maintenance.

o Spare parts maintain and fabrication.

o Routine check-up of critical equipment maintenance and schedule

checking.

o Minimize maintenance cost.

Project Experience

o Structural work of 3200 MT Fabrication &Erection Work for 200TPH Coal

Washery and 500 TPH coal handling plant.

o Site co-ordination with mechanical team.

o Preparation of engineering & material status report.

o Preparation and work as per bar chart.

o Dimensions, welding inspection of structural as per the drawing

requirement.

o Looking over the site requirement of the consumables items (Welding

Rods, Hand Gloves, etc.)

o Erection and commissioning work of equipments like Tripler, Double Roll

Crusher, Dry & Wet Screens, Belt press, Vibro Feeders, Centrifugal Pumps,

Cyclones, and Motors.

. Since September 2008 to may 2010 work in spectrum coal & power

limited, Korba (C.G.) as a engineer in a project of 11 MTPA coal

handling plant and O&M of 3x500 TPH Coal Washery & 11MTPA Coal

Handling Plant.( formerly known as ST-CLI COAL WASHERY LTD designed by

CLI Corporation America).

o Break-down and preventive maintenance.

o Erection and Commissioning work of Quad Roll Crusher, Double Deck

screen, Rotary Breaker Stone Crusher and Grizzly feeder.

o Fabrication of conveyor Structure according to drawing.

o Supervising a team of skilled technicians and fitters on day-to-day.

o Handling of Man power and Job allotment
