JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

. Responding to every correspondence received from customers in the form

of letters and fax.

. Taking care of customers and third parties queries related to their

home loans.

. Verifying and approving the authentication to the third party based on

customers consent.

. Replacement and Renewal of insurance policies (Fire and Hazard

insurance).

. Coordinating with property claim and insurance department in a way to

assist their decisions related to insurance coverage and tax payment

requirement of the property secured.

. Coordinating with routing team to handle the cases of bankruptcy,

taxes, foreclosure, disputed and refundable payments etc.

. Responsible to achieve accuracy and productivity at the same time.

. Preparing reports on supervisor's behalf.

. Responsible to roster the team members for transportation.

. Responsible to escalate complicated and difficult queries on behalf of

team related to home loans to the escalation team for their proper and

timely resolution.

. B.B.A. (Banking and Insurance) from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of

Management Studies (Guru Gobind Sing Inderaprastha University) in 2011

with aggregated 81.9% marks.

. Passed 10+2 from CBSE board 2008 with 73.25% marks.

. Passed 10th class form CBSE board in 2006 with 76.40% marks.

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY

Internet, Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel (HLOOK UP, VLOOK UP,
