Customer Service Representative II -Gainesville, FL. Nov. 2009 to current
Gainesville Regional Utilities
As a Customer Service Representative for Gainesville Regional Utilities I am responsible for
handling over 1500 calls per month in a high pressure call center environment. In this position
problem solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues is very important. Problem
solving is done thru email and phone contact to help customers solve issues they may be having
with electricity, natural gas or water services. This job requires the ability to speak with a clear
voice over the phone and through face to face contact in order to establish trust and
understanding with business partners and coworkers. In this position I serve as the primary
contact for business partners assisting with planning and accessing a wide variety of services. I
am also involved in new employee training and coaching activities to ensure that new employers
are ready to step into their rolls as Customer Service Reps. This job also entails advising,
answering and following up efficiently with all business partner requests as quickly and as
possible. New business partner screening and following rules and regulations set by management
is also a very important part of this job.

Enterprise Rental Car
As a Recovery Specialist at Enterprise Rental Car, my responsibilities were reviewing claim files
and contacting insurance companies, renters and third parties for damage to company vehicles.
This position also entailed being able to properly document and update assigned claims for
potential coverage. Other responsibilities included evaluating police reports, repair estimates and
other related documents to effectively negotiate with renters and insurance companies. One of
my main responsibilities was keeping accurate account of collection dollar amounts and
incoming payments to insure recovery of payment within 90 days of initial contact. This position
required the ability to work in a call center environment under direct and indirect supervision.

The Talking Phonebook
As a Multi Media Consultant for the Talking Phone Book I was responsible for the management
and growth of high dollar revenue accounts and securing new account through business to
business sales to achieve sales goals in the yellow page industry. This job also included working
with business owners to produce a high quality yellow page ads and using my creativity to ensure
customer satisfaction in both print and internet products. I was also required to travel
independently to three different markets to service accounts, collect past due bills, cold call leads
and contact 60+ self- generated leads a day under no supervision.
