I've maintained and managed a small office network, principally
responsible for the acquisition of computers software, malware, and
peripheral equipment. Developed and maintained a quality assurance
database. I can utilize many measuring devices. I've worked with
injection molding machinery, plastics vacuum forming machinery, a
variety of shop tools, and plastics ultrasonic welding devices.
I have been involved in various lean manufacturing implantation teams,
as well as ISO equivalent structures. My exposure includes F.A.A. and
F.D.A. compliance systems. I've developed S.O.P.s, and addressed
OSHA issues at various stages of my career.

Starting as a general assembler, transitioning to second shift Roof
Installation Team Leader until October 2008, upon joining the Q.A.
department to assist in the Implementation of ISO 9000 processes and
documentation. Participated in the development of procedures regarding
the assembly processes used in the production of nacelles, along with
safety procedures and their subsequent protocol for revision. Principal
designer of a data-based system for serialization and tracking products
built at Jupiter. Assisted with the development of systems for support
departments ranging from administration, to logistics, and inventory.

Manufacturing Technician
Assignments include G.E. Wind Generation facility, and Jupiter
Composites
G.E. facility assignment was on the production line building bed plates
for wind generators. Routines included bolt on assembly processes, with
minor fabrication requirements. Minor electrical applications, as well as
minor crane movement activities. Jupiter Composites assignment
includes participation in the assembly of nacelles including the material
removal from container through the various stages of production,
component assembly including back building, bottoms and walls, and
roof installation.

Manufacturing Manager
Duties include the costing and scheduling of projects pertaining to
hurricane protection systems, inventory acquisition, and controls.
Adjusting staff size to weekly and monthly requirements, along with
administrative tasks including workers safety and compensation
requirements, disciplinary issues, and payroll. Evaluation of alternative
materials and sources, including manufacturing techniques for cost
reductions. Interface weekly with senior management, and with company
department management for departmental status updates, and exchange
of technical and regulatory adjustments throughout the industry.

Quality Process Technician
As a representative of the Manufacturing Engineering Department,
responsibilities on a daily basis included the troubleshooting and
correction of assembly issues as they occur. The monitoring of test results
from in process audits for indications of process shifts. Overseeing of
ultrasonic welds and setup methods. The placement and disposition of
products placed in the production hold, and MRB. In addition, supporting
other key projects including the establishment and completion of a
company wide unified plastics weld setup process. The establishment of
non-welded assembly operations process controls, and audits for the Golf
lines, including fixture procurement, and measurement equipment
necessary to support the manufacturing control plan. Outside the
manufacturing engineering department, activities included support for the
sustaining engineering team, including process validations and the testing
of new design efforts providing feedback to both engineering groups
concerning manufacturing concerns and opportunities. Activities with the
Golf Product line management team include the implementation of a
kanban system for timely delivery and control of materials, and
enhancement of inventory control system.

Manufacturing Liaison
Responsible for creating detailed production instructions from
engineering drawings to build commercial airline seat assemblies,
including sub tier assemblies. Interaction with the engineering and quality
control departments regarding build sequence and inspection procedures.
Entry of instruction sets into an M.R.P. system (Manfact) for automatic
generation in relation to the release of work orders. Secondary
responsibilities entailed compliance of procedures for the Boeing D-1-
9000 (ISO –9000 equivalent) program. Including the development of
S.O.P. and audit specifications, Corrective action requirements, and
related training of personnel. Meeting with Boeing representatives
involving audit and compliance related issues.

Manufacturing Manager
Major responsibility was to maintain master production schedules, to
interact with upper management and support departments identifying part
shortages and adjusting work-flow, for the production facility. (Six working
cells, 120 people.) Implement lean manufacturing principles utilizing
kanban techniques. Secondary responsibilities included the development
of procedures, the development of personnel growth and evaluation,
including disciplinary actions. Assess production capabilities and
requirements.
