scheduling reports, cash flows, and resource loading reports in Construction Planning and Scheduling

project, project management principles, budgets, cost codes, cost-to-complete, and financial reports specific to

Methods - Field Operations

UT ARLINGTON PROJECTS

Preparing Estimate and Schedule for Columbia Pike Condominium in Arlington, VA.

Developed WBS and WBS codes, ROM and later defined the crews, perform QTO, prepared detailed estimate based on

the drawings and specifications provided with the help of RS Means. Used SAGE Timberline and On-Screen Take-Off.

Later, prepared procurement schedule, detailed schedule, calculated the duration of the project, carried out resource

loading using Primavera (P6). Submitted acting as a company to the Professor and was the second lowest estimate. The

schedule was the best in the class with the least number of days.
