UT ARLINGTON COURSEWORK
Developed W BS, prepared manual, and computerized estimates by performing detailed quantity take-offs for 10-story
residential tower using On-Screen Take-Off Software and SAGE Timberline in Construction Cost Estimating
Defined activities, durations, milestones, work sequences, and relationships between activities for 10-story
residential tower using Primavera (P6); assigned resources and defined crews using “RS Means 2010.” Generated
scheduling reports, cash flows, and resource loading reports in Construction Planning and Scheduling
Studied fundamentals of construction project management, financial aspects and job costing of a construction
project, project management principles, budgets, cost codes, cost-to-complete, and financial reports specific to
management of a construction company and project control in Construction Project Management and Job Costing
Prepared estimate for clear and grub operation of 147 acres of land by choosing suitable equipment and comparing
two different possibilities and suggesting the most productive and cost-effective method among them in Construction

UT ARLINGTON PROJECTS
Preparing Estimate and Schedule for Columbia Pike Condominium in Arlington, VA.
Developed WBS and WBS codes, ROM and later defined the crews, perform QTO, prepared detailed estimate based on
the drawings and specifications provided with the help of RS Means. Used SAGE Timberline and On-Screen Take-Off.
Later, prepared procurement schedule, detailed schedule, calculated the duration of the project, carried out resource
loading using Primavera (P6). Submitted acting as a company to the Professor and was the second lowest estimate. The
schedule was the best in the class with the least number of days.
